On the occasion of the founding of “Montblanc de la culture”, in May 1992 Montblanc launched the Montblanc “Lorenzo de Medici” fountain pen in a limited edition for the whole world of 4810 units, due to the success obtained with this edition. limited, Montblanc launches another more economical collection “the writers’ collection”.
The first limited series commemorating a famous writer was the “Hemingway” limited edition.

The fountain pen is made of coral red resin and a dark brown cap, a pen inspired by the 30s.
The dark brown cap, with gold-plated finishes, like all the limited series of writers, bears the author’s signature engraved.
