The Snowy Egret design was the Fall 2004 entry into the Yukari Royale series. This is a hand-crafted lacquer pen featuring traditional togidashi and takamaki-e techniques. The wonderfully executed design features an egret perched on a log in a field of ferns. Willows surround the Egret in this riparian environment.
Signed by maki-e artist Seiki Chida. Nib M 18K two-tone gold nib, Mt. Fuji motif.
Converter – Cartridge filling.
The pen is presented in a paulounia wooden box with outer box, ink bottle, Namiki use and care guide, Namiki DVD, and artisan autographed paper (Seiki Chida)
