The Arita Porcelain celebrates its 400th Anniversary in Japan and in honour of this memorable occasion Sailor introduces this wonderful collection. The Koransha kiln was first founded in 1689 by Matashiro Fukagawa. It was then called Eizaemon Fukagawa and was one of the very first potteries to begin porcelain production in Arita. From its very beginning the company focused on making products for overseas export. The current structure of Koransha was established in 1879 during the era of Japonisme in the West.
Koransha has painted this Sailor Limited Edition Arita Porcelain Koransha Flower Fountain Pen with a delicate feeling of Koransha in the Meiji Era.
Each Sailor Special Edition Arita Porcelain Koransha Flower Fountain Pen is fitted with a 21K nib, acknowledged as comfortable to write with. Cartridge and Converter filled and ink converter is included.

These ‘spiritual’ creatures are believed to control every point of the compass, the elements and spiritual aspects of everyday life.
A special edition of the well known King of Pens “Shi-Rei” (Guardians) series produced by Kosen Oshita. Each design is limited to 33 pieces and comes fitted with the Nagahara Cross Point 21k nib.
